Carpet Cleaning
We charge $.45 a square foot for rooms. You will get 10% off your entire invoice if Big Red moves and replaces 3 pieces of furniture or less with your cleaning! That includes a pre vacuum, pretreatment of all carpet cleaned, with deodorizer. The use of a CRB is also included in this price, as is a fresh water rinse, with no added acids or chemicals, and a general deodorizer. Stain and spot treatment are also included with our price. We also do dry passes to extract as much extra water as possible, before using our fans and grooming the carpet. Be wary, because a lot of our competition has a "get in your door" price! They may quote you $120 over the phone, but when the technician is done it could be $500. They push up-selling to the customer (you). The only thing we charge extra for in this service is Urine Deodorizing, and the only thing that affects your price is the actual sizes of your rooms, or the sizes of the actual areas cleaned in your rooms. All of our work is guaranteed!
Carpet Repair, Stretching, and Dying
We have over 27 years in this industry, allowing time enough to learn what you can't learn in a 2 day course. We can fix the hole where your dog or cat was trying to escape under the door, or that ember jumped out of your fireplace, or where your vacuum decided to play tug o war with your berber. As long as you have some type of donor carpet, we can fix it.
We also can stretch those speed bumps out of your carpet. Sometimes your carpet can break down, and you will start to notice wrinkles. Sometimes the installer (that conveniently went out of business since they installed your carpet) just doesn't even bother to actually stretch the carpet when they install it. Either way, we can fix that for you!
Another thing we can do is repair the dye in your carpet where your household cleaners have damaged it. Spilled bleach? Too many times with the spot cleaner? We can at least get it to a point where only you and I can see it if nothing else!
Prices for these services are $100 per hour.
On Site Area Rug Cleaning
We clean your area rugs right in your home! We use neoprene runners (the stuff diving suits are made out of) to protect your floors surrounding your rugs! We are very particular about which rugs we think are safe to clean. After all, Big Red Carpet Care is in the business of cleaning rugs and making people happy, not ruining rugs! If we think your rug may be damaged with a hot water extraction cleaning, we will let you know, and leave it up to you if you would like to take the risk of having it cleaned or not. We mainly focus on sythetic rugs, and wool, some cotton. Rayon, Sisel, Jute, etc may be turned away.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
We steam clean tile and grout with a special hard surface wand. The grout and tile are scrubbed with a CRB, and we have several grout brushes at our disposal! Once your tile and grout are cleaned, have us seal the grout to help it clean up easier in the future!
Upholstery Cleaning
It really is sad that we live in a world where consumers are being charged over $600 to have a 5 seat sectional cleaned right here in Holland!
A full clean on your furniture is $45 a seat. If you only are interested in having just the traffic areas done, it is $35 per seat, which includes pretreat, fresh water rinse, deodorizer if you want it, and if needed we will pre-vacuum it. *fabric protector is extra
Leather Cleaning
We can clean and condition your leather furniture! Please keep in mind that not all leather is cleanable. We will inspect yours to make sure we can work with it.
Campers and Boats
Carpet and upholstery is not just limited to your home! Of course we can clean your boat carpet! Give us a call when it's time to store your toys! They will get the same high quality treatment that your home would get!
I think it's only fair to charge by the square foot, after all, if your living room is 144 square feet, why should you pay the same price as someone's who's is 250 square feet?

Whether it's a burn hole, or the family pet got angry at the carpet, if you have some extra carpet laying around, I can fix it! We also Re-stretch your carpet if needed, to get rid of those old speed bumps!

Whether it seems like a hopeless mess, or it's just a spot on your new carpet. I will do everything in my power to make you comfortable with your floors again.
I don't hide any charges from you. You will never pay more for the use of a Counter Rotating Brush, Deodorizer, or Use of Pretreat on all carpet cleaned. In fact, I pre vacuum every residential home I clean beforehand.
